How Will My RC Truck Be Shipped?
Most of our products are shipped via Fed Ex or UPS Ground shipping. Due to their large size, this
is the only method of shipping that we are able to use. Some of our smaller products, such as parts
and accessories, may be shippped using First Class Mail, or Priority Mail. If you need a specific
shipping method, please contact us prior to ordering. WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES AND
WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.
Can I Return My RC Car?
All sales of our products are final, however they are covered under certain warranties, and are
covered if they are damaged in shipping. Please contact us immediately if your product is
damaged when you receive it. If it has already been driven, or installed, we will not be able to
cover it. Please read here for specific information regarding the warranty on Redcat Racing
products.
Do I Need To Have a Paypal Account To Order?
No. We do use Paypal as our credit card processor to insure that your private information will be
secure when you place your order, but you do not need to have a Paypal account in order to order.
Simply enter your credit card information as you would normally and they will securely process
your order.
How Fast Will It Be Shipped?
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 Business Days.
Do You Reuse or Sell My Private Information?
No, we will never reuse, sell, or contact you in any way once your order is complete. We do not
keep a list of email addresses and contact you later to try and sell you something else, or in any
way share your personal information with anyone else.
I live in the Lake Havasu City / Kingman area, can I pick up my RC Truck to
save the shipping charges?
Sure, just visit our store at 2886 Sweetwater Ave. A108 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. If you want
